Today in honor of Black History month we are talking with Enjoli Moon, founder and creative Director of the Afrikana Independent Film Festival in Richmond, Virginia.
From their Website: The Afrikana Independent Film Festival is a festival dedicated to showcasing the cinematic works of emerging and established filmmakers throughout the African diaspora. Our platform is designed to celebrate global Black culture through the medium of independent film, created by and about Black people. In addition to our inaugural festival (coming soon!) we are excited to host a variety of events that highlight international film as well as the quickly expanding RVA arts scene. Be sure to like and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to learn more about our upcoming events.
