Alan Hutson is a managing partner of The Monument Group, a leading US based consultancy that for almost 20 years has helped non-profit organizations tap their fundraising potential. He is a trained economist, has been adjunct faculty member of Virginia Commonwealth University, and facilitated for the Federal Reserve’s community engagement series. Alan has worked throughout the US, and internationally, especially in South Africa where he has worked pro-bono. He is a member of the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy’s Executive Committee, where he chairs the US Annual Fund, and is a member representative for the Giving Institute.
